Return Policy

Jewelry may only be returned for online store credit.
Jewelry must be returned within 15 days of date received.
Jewelry must not be worn, altered or damaged.
Jewelry must be returned with all of the original jewelry packaging.
Jewelry returned without original jewelry packaging may result in a delayed online store credit or may not qualify for a full refunded online credit.
Jewelry returned damaged may result in a delayed online store credit or may not qualify for a full refunded online credit.

Online Store Credit & Processing Time:

If your jewelry is returned to Ali Grace Jewelry within the 15-day timeline specified above, your online store credit will be processed within 7 business days.
You will be notified via email when your online store credit has been processed.
